Thomas E. Sego, BA, has over twenty-one years experience with U.S. Naval ships, principally in the main propulsion area, including duties as Commanding Officer. He has extensive experience in ship repair, ship and machinery modifications, involving both commercial and government administered ship repair activities. Tom set up and successfully managed a commercial field services organization engaged in naval ship upgrades and repair.

During his long career with the U.S. Navy, Tom managed many ship repair and modification projects. He received numerous naval service and commendation medals as well as awards for successful implementation of effective management and cost control methods. He has proven management skills in operations management, program and project level management, implementation and strategic planning.
