Offshore Systems Ltd. (OSL) is a public company located in North Vancouver, BC. For over 20 years, OSL has designed and manufactured ECPINS (Electronic Chart Precise Integrated Navigation System)
  • Some of the "first's" that OSL can claim include true relative motion, split screen, radar image overlay, multiple sensor input, vector and raster display, and advanced course plotting and correction.
  • OSL is an authorized dealer for producing and distributing high quality vector charts (S-57 included) for Hydrographic Offices. We can also offer weekly chart updates to our world-wide customer base.
  • ECPINS is the primary navigation system for the Canadian Navy, and is installed on many CCG and USCG vessels, was well as commercial ships.
OSL products range from private yacht systems right through to systems for sea-going tankers, to Coast Guard vessels and military ships. Installed on hundreds of vessels, our system provides safe navigation for both commercial and military vessels.
