Bill Moses has over 30 years all-round experience of the passenger and freight ferry industry, both from the perspective of a serving deck officer and as an operator of conventional ropax vessels and fast craft. Bill has a record of turning heavily loss-making services into profit within a relatively short timescale. He provides advice and expertise to the conventional freight, passenger and fast ferry industry. Bill is also Chairman of the Board of the Dover Counselling Centre, a registered charity set up to provide support in the wake of the Herald of Free Enterprise disaster.
