2001 CTIEE


The U.S. Navy and Industry Corrosion Technology Information Exchange and Exhibits (CTIEE) committee is currently accepting abstracts for Technical Papers, and applications for Exhibitor Display Booth space for the 2001 CTIEE to be held 16-20 July 2001 in Louisville, Kentucky.

The CTIEE is an Open conference with goals that focus on the military's needs in the area of corrosion control; developing and maintaining an infrastructure that will provide essential feedback loops between the Military and Industry to facilitate the transfer of technologies between the Military and Industry; focus on partnership opportunities between the Military, Industry, and Joint Services; and to provide a forum to effectively exchange information and lessons learned between the Military and Industry.

Topics should include, but are not limited to: new technologies, corrosion control methods, new products and their successful application, research and development, preservation of materials, environmentally compliant processes, lessons learned, and life cycle issues. Titles and short abstracts containing 150-250 words describing the topic to be discussed must be received by 23 February 2001.
