Bollinger Shipyards, Inc., Lockport (Louisiana, USA), is now the largest vessel repair and conversion company in the Gulf of Mexico region with the completion of the acquisition of the five shipyards of the Friede Goldman Halter ship repair and conversion division. Bollinger now operates 12 dedicated ship repair and conversion shipyards with a total of 42 dry-docks located between New Orleans and Houston, and two new construction shipyards in Lockport, and Amelia, both in Louisiana.
