Automation System for Polish Corvettes
IMTECH (Rotterdam, Holland) and Naval Shipyard Gdynia (Poland) have signed an agreement for delivery of the Integrated Platform Management System for the first Gawron Class Polish Corvette with an option for six more vessels. Polish corvettes are based on the MEKO A-100 standard design from Blohm+Voss. The 2,050 tonnes vessels are designed to have an increased payload, stealthy design, reduced infrared signature, and advanced CODAG propulsion provides maximum speed of 30 knots. |
