Award for Ship Management Systems Company

The awards committee at the Institute of Transport Management (London) has decided to awardAVECS Corporation (Germany) with the "Best Ship Management Systems Company" accreditation in 2002. The decision to present the AVECS with this coveted accreditation is the result of research, which included the polling of shipping managers, and is a reflection of the high recognition the company and its products enjoy within the industry.

The shipping managers who were interviewed stressed that Customer Service, Reliability of Product, Price and Innovation are typically their premier concerns when assessing the various systems. AVECS scored well in each area, in addition to special mentions being given to the variety in range of systems offered by the company. AVECS Corporation faced a strong competition from other companies in this class and now feels confident that this accreditation will help them develop more business.
