WESMAR has published its Bow Thruster and Stabilizer Story on CD. Also included is information about hydraulic packages, unique electro-gyro system, a retrofit package option, and the company’s in-house calibration and testing laboratory. The new CD includes specifications, sample wiring diagrams, and schematics for both product lines, plus a special section highlighting WESMAR’s hydraulic options.

Viewers are walked through WESMAR’s new VORTEX bow thruster line including systems from 5 to 350 HP, 12VDC, 24VDC, hydraulic, AC and direct drive. On the stabilizer portion is a presentation of the rugged and dependable roll fin stabilizers, noted to resist up to 90% of vessel pitch and roll and offering such unique features as the dual cylinder actuator for added strength, and the retrofit packages for added cost saving. “This CD is designed to provide complete information about our bow thrusters and stabilizers, and includes diagrams and specs about the company’s 31 models of popular VORTEX counter rotating bow and stern thrusters and our 10-model line of powerful roll fin stabilizers,” said Bob Sentz, Managing Director of WESMAR’s Mechanical Division.
