Houston-based, EnergyImages.com has launched its new and expanded web site offering more than 8,000 energy-related images including offshore rigs, land rigs, production facilities, and refineries. This comprehensive site includes stock photography and video for use in advertisements, brochures, presentations, web sites and trade shows. Energy - specialized photographers from around the world are featured on www.energyimages.com, including award - winning photographer/videographer, Mieko Mahi.

Mahi is known for capturing dynamic images of the energy industry and has been featured in such publications as The New York Times, Offshore, Business Week and World Refining. Mahi’s 22 years of experience includes six years at Marathon Oil Company, a fully-integrated international oil company. Her extensive energy industry experience includes photographing offshore drilling rigs, production platforms, pipeline construction and fabrication, onshore drilling, refineries, and natural gas liquids plants. Her human interest work encompasses large groups, studio portraits, executive portraiture, and candids of people at work. Mahi’s award-winning images can be seen at the Ocean Star Rig and Museum in Galveston, Houston Museum of Natural Science and the Texas Energy Museum.
