The Rotzler TITAN winch is designed for all applications in which a load has to be raised and lowered, or pulled at a controlled speed. Specific applications exist in hydraulic cranes in marine industries, dredging, drilling, pile driving, etc.

The TITAN series design concept employs a two stage heavy duty, high efficiency planetary reduction, combined with an exceptional smooth automatic disk brake, having static and dynamic braking function. A counter balance valve is not needed for precise speed control when lowering a load. In order to provide superior protection against corrosion, the TITAN winch assemblies are finished with a polyester powder coating process with plated fasteners and rubber coated seals rotating on stainless steel sleeves. A state of the art manufacturing method guarantees quality and provides long trouble free service with a minimum requirement of maintenance.
