Offering 10 hours CPD points, this seminar comprises an effective combination of presentations, case studies and practical workshops that allow you, as a participant, to gain an in-depth understanding of the risks that can arise in negotiation and drafting of maritime contracts. Divided into a Newbuilding, a Conversion, and a Repair section, the seminar will guide you through the key issues of each type of contract, and familiarise you with the differences and similarities between them.
