Det Norske Veritas (DNV) Chairman of the Board, Wilhelm Wilhelmsen, says that Helge Midttun, with his managerial experience of international companies and experience of high-tech sectors, is very well suited to taking over as the head of one of Norway's most respected and international companies.

Helge Midttun, who has an MBA from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration in Bergen, has been the CEO of Stento since 1996. The company's main operations are in the field of communications and security, maritime communications and mobile radio communications systems.
