Commercial R.O. systems developed, designed and manufactured by Sea Recovery are available in models capable of producing from 915 to 125,000 gallons (3,465 to 500,850 litres) per day from either ocean, sea or brackish water feed sources. The new Deluxe Filtration Upgrade (DFU) package includes accessories and optional safeguards to help protect the water quality of the Sea Recovery Watermaker.

The Fresh Water Flush greatly prolongs the life of the membranes by rinsing them with fresh water at the touch of a button. When activated, it will remove all salt water from the internal parts of the machine and flush the membrane with clean fresh water. This will help prevent saltwater corrosion of the internal parts, and reduce biological fouling of the RO membrane from the microorganisms that live in salt water. To maintain protection, the fresh water flush automatically repeats itself every 7 days automatically. This eliminates the need for messy storage chemicals.The Ultra Violet Sterilizer will render 99.8% of all viruses, bacteria, and other microbes sterile. They will be unable to reproduce and/or harm humans that are consuming the fresh water from the Sea Recovery Watermaker. This option is recommended if the customer is using the system close to shore where there is a chance of viral and bacterial contamination.
