Seminar Call for Papers


The Nautical Institute, Hong Kong Branch, in association with the Department of Maritime Studies, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, will be holding a one day seminar on Friday 8 October 1999, entitled: "Cargo Care - before, during and after shipping".
The seminar should be of interest to: Marine Surveyors, Freight forwarders, Shippers, Shipowners, P&I club claims handlers, Cargo underwriters, Loss adjusters, Lawyers, marine students and seafarers.
Those interested in presenting papers at this seminar should submit a 150 word abstract, together with their requirements as to visual aids, eg, VCR projector, OHP, slide projector, etc. This should be submitted to Mr Rhod McNeill, Secretary, Nautical Institute, Hong Kong Branch, at Fax (+852) 2504-0820 or email by Friday 14 May 1999.
