Phoenix International, Inc. introduces a new service to commercial Ship Managers and Vessel Owners. The "Phoenix Waterborne Hull Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Program" is an umbrella service package designed to protect vessels with varying levels of scheduled underwater services in regional ports of call. The mission is to keep fleet assets out of drydock, safe at sea, and in regulatory compliance with planned program care and worldwide rapid-response emergency service.

The Phoenix Program features HULLSCAN ® Automated Hull Inspection Service, PROPSCAN ® Computer Aided U/W Propeller Scanning and Repair Service, Permanent Hull Repair Procedures, Underwater Structural Welding to Code, Professional Engineer Support, and a Hull Cleaning Network. Phoenix International, Inc. is a marine services company based in Virginia (USA). Phoenix holds the NAVSEA Diving and Diving Related Services contract, a prestigious five year contract to provide worldwide diving and related underwater engineering services to the US Navy's Office of the Supervisor of Salvage. Under this contract, Phoenix provides specialty underwater services ranging from shallow water, surface supplied diving to deep water saturation diving. Phoenix engineering and dive teams support Navy requirements for recovery of aircraft, vessels, and ordnance lost in the water, as well as underwater inspection, maintenance, welding, and repair of USN surface combatants and submarines.

The company has successfully executed projects domestically on the East, Gulf, and West Coasts, as well as in Hawaii.
