Shipbuilder Support for Work Boat World Asia

With six months to go until Work Boat World Asia 2001 takes place in Singapore¹s Suntec City from February 20 to 22, 2001, the event is being strongly supported by a large fleet of shipbuilders from around the world. Already more than thirty leading shipbuilders from Asia, North America, the Gulf, Europe and Australia have declared their intention to participate. It is possible that as many as forty shipyards will be exhibiting at Work Boat World Asia 2001.

This exciting support from the shipbuilding industry has encouraged most of the world¹s leading engine manufacturers to exhibit, as well as a very wide range of electronics and safety equipment suppliers. It has also spurred the participation of a number of major shipbuilding materials suppliers and shipbuilding IT specialists.

“All this”, says Exhibition Director, Mark Balla, “will lead to an exhibition that will provide visiting owners and operators of all kinds of commercial and military vessels with a fascinating and very useful information source and networking opportunity. Owners and operators will be able to have a hands-on examination of the absolute latest that is available to the small ship business”.
