With only three weeks to go, the first major commercial marine exhibition and conference to be held in Italy for many years is almost ready to start. Comprising an exhibition of around 100 exhibitors, a conference with 30 speakers and an on-water display of four vessels, there will be plenty to see and learn from. The exhibitors represent well-known suppliers to the European work boat industry. Most of the major engine manufacturers and a number of propulsion system suppliers are exhibiting. The latest in electronics, safety equipment and design and building techniques will also be displayed. Shipbuilders from many countries will be presenting a wide range of large and small vessels of many types.

The conference speakers cover subjects related to both users of and suppliers to a very wide range of vessel types and sizes. There is no doubt that vast amount of information and many useful and valuable ideas will be disseminated at the conference. Alongside the quay there will be four new and very interesting vessels displaying a treasure trove of new equipment and ideas.
