Inmarsat's wide range of communications media includes voice, fax, telex, Internet e-mail, vessel tracking and data at various speeds from 2.4Kbps to 128Kbps. Distributors selling Inmarsat products and service packages are located around the world.

  • The new Inmarsat Fleet family of maritime satcom products provides a range of cost-effective communication solutions for large merchant vessels through to small coastal vessels.
  • The maritime industry continues to operate a large number of Inmarsat-A, Inmarsat-B, and Inmarsat mini-M satcom terminals in various markets. Only Inmarsat-A has a shut-off date - currently in 2007.
