Oceanfast is a world class Australian super yacht builder, offering its customers exciting designs and specialising in manufacturing excellence with personal service. Oceanfast has produced in excess of 16 luxury motor yachts.

  • Capable of building in steel, aluminium and composite materials, Oceanfast offers its customers unique flexibility in yacht construction and works with a variety of leading designers.
  • Based in Henderson, Western Australia, just south of the port city of Fremantle, Oceanfast employs around 350 skilled tradespeople. During 1999, Oceanfast established an office in Florida USA.
  • Oceanfast was acquired by Austal Ltd, a publicly listed company on the Australian Stock Exchange, in May 1999. Austal is a world leading designer and manufacturer of aluminium vessels.
In January 2001, Oceanfast opened state-of-the-art waterfront facilities capable of building motor yachts up to 120 metres in length. The first vessel to be launched from these facilities is the Norman Expedition Yacht for golfer Greg Norman (69.5m).
