The Unit of Maritime Management Training of Satakunta Polytechnic is located in the town of Rauma on the south-west coast of Finland. It offers high-level training programmes aimed at the Sea Captain's and Maritime Engineer´s Degrees.

• We offer both basic and specialised training courses in navigation, cargo handling and stowage, seamanship, marine engineering, electrical engineering, maintenance and repair, and radio communication.
• Our comprehensive maritime simulator facilities cover the training in navigation, shiphandling, BRM, VTMS, GMDSS, SAR, OSC, tanker cargo operations, engine room and ship´s power plant operations.
