The "Solar Sailor" is the world's largest solar powered vehicle carrying 100 passengers and two crew. It is the first commercial vehicle in the world to be powered by the sun and wind and to use these in combination.

The "Solar Sailor" debuted on Sydney Harbour in June 2000, operating as a tourist and media shuttle during the Sydney Olympics.
